- Holiday Vaccine Shipping and Ordering:
- Orders placed after Friday, December 8, 2023 may not be shipped prior to January 2, 2024.
- Vaccines will be shipped up to December 19, 2023. Vaccines will not be shipped from December 20, 2023 through January 1, 2024. Regular vaccine shipments will resume on January 2, 2024.
- Report Shipping Issues Immediately
- Shipping issues must be reported on the day they occur.
- Contact the helpdesk at 1-877-888-7468, Option 1 then Option 2.
- If issues occur on a day the helpdesk is closed, you must report them to McKesson, Merck or Pfizer, depending on where the shipment came from. The contact information is part of the packing slips.
